AI Video Generator for Zillow
Turn listing photos into a property video for seller presentations and social posts about a home that buyers will also see on Zillow. You download the file. VideoEstate does not send it to Zillow.
Property videos you can make from photos
These clips were generated in VideoEstate.ai. They are product examples, not videos taken from Zillow listings.
From listing photos to a video you can actually use
The workflow stops at a file you own. What happens on Zillow after that depends on the MLS and, for Showcase, on Zillow's media rules.
Step 1
Start with the listing photos
Upload the stills you already have for the property. The same set can feed a seller presentation before the home is widely marketed.
Step 2
Add motion, voice, and music
Generate camera moves or AI clips, then add a voiceover, captions, and a soundtrack if the cut needs them.
Step 3
Brand the cut you control
Put your name, logo, and contact details on the version you send to a seller or post on social. That branded cut is for your marketing, not automatically for the Zillow listing.
Step 4
Export, then follow Zillow's path
Download a horizontal or vertical file. If you want video on the Zillow page itself, use your MLS or Showcase process. VideoEstate has no Zillow connection.
What video means on Zillow
Most for-sale homes on Zillow arrive through an MLS feed. A video you make for Instagram or a listing appointment is a different asset from media Zillow shows inside the listing.
Zillow also sells Showcase, a paid listing presentation. Showcase can include one video, and Zillow's help center describes a specific way that video gets there. A 3D Home tour is a third product: panoramas and a floor plan, not a photo-to-video file.
MLS listings and the video buyers may never see
If the home is syndicated from the MLS, Zillow displays what that feed sends. Many MLSs have their own rules for virtual tours, including unbranded media. Creating a video in VideoEstate does not place it on the Zillow page. Your MLS, and the fields it passes through, decide whether a tour link or file appears.
Showcase video is uploaded by the media provider
Zillow's help article on editing a Showcase listing says one video can appear in the media carousel, with a maximum length of 120 seconds. The media provider uploads the file in Aryeo, the same system used for the other Showcase media. It is a file upload, not a link. The video has to stay focused on the property. Personal branding such as an introduction can be allowed, but persistent agent or brokerage logos, watermarks, and advertising are not. VideoEstate is not an Aryeo uploader and cannot submit Showcase media for you.
Use the AI video where you do control the channel
A horizontal cut works in a listing presentation and on your brokerage site. A vertical cut works for Reels, TikTok, and Stories that point buyers to the Zillow listing. Those channels are yours. They are not a substitute for the MLS feed or for Showcase.
Why agents make the video anyway
The value is the speed of the marketing asset, not a promise that Zillow will host it.
A listing appointment before the MLS is live
Walk a seller through a motion cut of their own photos while the Zillow page still depends on the feed going live.
One photo set, two orientations
Keep a 16:9 cut for presentations and a 9:16 cut for the social posts that link back to the Zillow listing.
Less waiting on a videographer
You can publish social and email creative the day the photos arrive, and still hire a filmed tour later if Showcase or the seller requires one.
Make the seller walkthrough with AI video generation from the listing photos. A Zillow Showcase video is still a separate upload by the media provider.
Before the MLS feed goes out, portal listing prep cleans the photos and drafts the description Zillow will receive.
The same MLS listing often appears on Realtor.com as well. The video field there is a different workflow.

Prepare the photos for the listing
Upload the whole shoot at once. Portal listing prep clears clutter from every photo together and writes one marketplace description, without changing the windows, floors, or furniture that belong to the property.

Straight answers about marketing a Zillow listing versus putting video on Zillow.
Does VideoEstate upload videos to Zillow?
No. VideoEstate creates a video file from your property photos. You download it. Nothing is sent to Zillow, to an MLS, or to Aryeo.
Can I use a VideoEstate video as a Zillow Showcase video?
Not automatically. Zillow's help center says Showcase video is uploaded by the listing's media provider in Aryeo, limited to one video of up to 120 seconds, and restricted on persistent logos, watermarks, and advertising. Compare your export with that article before anyone tries to submit it. VideoEstate cannot submit it for you.
Will this video show on a normal Zillow listing from the MLS?
Only if your MLS sends it and Zillow displays what the feed provides. Making the video in VideoEstate does not add it to the syndicated listing. Ask your MLS which virtual-tour field, if any, is passed through to Zillow.
Does VideoEstate create a Zillow 3D Home tour?
No. Zillow 3D Home is a panorama tour and floor plan captured in Zillow's own app. VideoEstate turns still photos into a video. Those are different media types.
What is a Zillow listing video maker useful for if it does not post to Zillow?
Use it for the marketing around the listing: the seller presentation, email, your website, and short social clips that link to the Zillow page. That work does not depend on Zillow accepting the file.
Should I put my logo on the video?
For your own channels, branding is useful. For Showcase, Zillow's published guidance allows a personal introduction but not persistent agent or brokerage logos, watermarks, or advertising. Keep a clean version if you are going to ask a media provider about Showcase, and keep the branded version for social and presentations.
Create the property video before you worry about the feed
Start for free, export a file you can use in presentations and social, and check Zillow's current rules before you try to put it on a listing.
