Do all paid plans include the same features?
Yes. Every paid plan gives you full access to all platform features — AI video generation, slideshow videos, the video editor, AI image editing, music, voiceover, listing descriptions, and more. Plans differ only in how many monthly credits you receive and the price per additional credit pack.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get access to the new credit allocation right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
With monthly billing, credits are added each month. With annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service — and all your credits for the year are available immediately, without waiting for monthly renewals.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits roll over. On monthly plans, you can accumulate up to 3 months of credits. On annual plans, you can accumulate up to 1 year of credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire as long as your account remains active. Unused subscription credits roll over within the accumulation limit for your plan and billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and retain any credits already in your account.
How do one-time credit purchases work?
You can buy additional credits anytime without changing your plan. Each unit is 500 credits. The price per unit depends on your current plan — higher plans get a lower per-unit rate. Any purchase, including a one-time credit pack, permanently removes the watermark from all your videos.
