Common questions about plans, billing, and credits
Do all paid plans include the same features?
Yes. Every paid plan gives you full access to all platform features, AI video generation, slideshow videos, the video editor, AI image editing, music, voiceover, listing descriptions, and more. Plans differ only in how many monthly credits you receive and the price per additional credit pack.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get access to the new credit allocation right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
With monthly billing, credits are added each month. With annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service, and all your credits for the year are available immediately, without waiting for monthly renewals.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused subscription credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allotment, or 2× your annual allotment on annual plans. Permanent credits from the free signup grant are kept separately and are not capped this way.
Do credits expire?
Permanent credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over within the 2× cap while you stay subscribed, and they are removed if you unsubscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription credits are removed when you unsubscribe. Permanent credits stay in your account.
How do one-time credit purchases work?
You can always buy the free-plan pack (lifetime credits that never expire). If you are subscribed to a paid plan, you can also buy that plan’s pack at its lower rate; those credits are subscription credits and are removed if you unsubscribe. You cannot buy another plan’s pack rate unless you are on that plan. Any purchase permanently removes the watermark from all your videos.
