The creative step is clear. The portal's current file rules for a photo-based video are not.
Step 1
Start from the photos on the mandat
Upload the stills for that bien. You can produce a marketing cut the same day, whether or not the SeLoger ad has a video slot on your account.
Step 2
Generate a short property cut
Add motion, and a French voiceover if you want one for your own channels. Do not assume SeLoger will play the soundtrack.
Step 3
Export a file you can hand to someone
Download the video so you can drop it into the phone gallery, an email to a colleague, or your website. The MySeLoger Pro app is a separate install for SeLoger customers.

Check the ad before you promise the owner it will appear
Open the annonce in MySeLoger Pro or in the software that feeds SeLoger and see whether a video can be attached on your pack. If the control is missing, keep the file for your own marketing.
What we can verify about video on SeLoger
SeLoger is a French listings portal. Professional customers manage ads in MySeLoger Pro, including the mobile app, and many agencies also push ads from their logiciel métier.
Public, current file specifications for that video are thin. This section says what is documented and what we are not willing to invent.
The professional app says listing video is available
The MySeLoger Pro listing on Google Play, updated 23 February 2026, says adding videos to your ads is available in the app, so you can show the property and improve its visibility. Older SeLoger articles, including a September 2021 product note, also described adding a video from the portefeuille d'annonces, separate from photos. Those older notes are not a 2026 specification.
What is not verified
We could not find a current SeLoger page that states the file type, maximum size, maximum length, number of videos, or whether a video generated from still photos is accepted. A 2020 seller article said one video per ad and suggested a short phone recording. Do not treat that as today's rule. A 3D visit is also a different field: SeLoger's new-build notes say a 3D visit link should not be a YouTube, Dailymotion, or Vimeo video.
Use the export where you do not need SeLoger's approval
Send it with the compte rendu to the owner, post it on the agency site, and run a social teaser that links to the SeLoger ad. If your logiciel feeds several AVIV sites, ask that vendor whether a video attached in the software is sent to SeLoger on your contract. VideoEstate cannot see that feed.

The useful part does not wait on an unpublished file spec.

Where do agents add a listing video?
The MySeLoger Pro Play listing says video can be added to ads in the app. Older SeLoger articles described the same idea inside the portefeuille d'annonces. The exact button can depend on your pack and on whether a logiciel sends the media instead.
What file type, length, and size does SeLoger require?
A current public specification was not available for this guide. We are not going to invent one. Check the upload screen on your account, or ask SeLoger support, before you promise a format.
Is a 3D visit the same as a property video?
No. SeLoger has described a 3D visit as its own field, and has told new-build customers not to put a YouTube, Dailymotion, or Vimeo link in that field. A VideoEstate file is neither a 3D walkthrough nor a SeLoger 3D visit.
Can I use the video if I am unsure SeLoger will accept it?
Yes. Use it on your website, in the owner report, and on social with a link to the SeLoger ad. Those channels do not need the portal to host the file.
Does MySeLoger Pro replace my listing software?
No. It is SeLoger's professional app for customers who have an account. If your logiciel already sends ads, confirm with that vendor whether video is part of the feed. VideoEstate does not replace either tool.
