AI Video Generator for Rightmove

Turn instruction photos into a property video for vendor reports, social, and your own site. If you also want it on the Rightmove listing, you add a link yourself. VideoEstate does not connect to Rightmove Plus.

Horizontal property videos from stills

VideoEstate examples in landscape, the orientation Rightmove's Premium Listing notes prefer. These clips are not Rightmove adverts.

Photos in, a file out, a link only if Rightmove allows it

Rightmove's customer FAQ describes adding a virtual tour or video as a URL. The file has to live somewhere else first.

Step 1

Upload the instruction photos

Use the stills for that property only. Rightmove's technical guidelines say images and videos shown with a listing must be of the property, the immediate area, or, for some membership types, occupier lifestyle.

Step 2

Generate the cut

Add motion and, if you need them, voice and music. Keep a version that does not show identifiable people unless your membership type is allowed to.

Step 3

Label anything the AI changed

If the video adds furniture, removes objects, or would look like an untouched recording, treat it as enhanced media. Rightmove's January 2026 guidelines require enhanced edits to be labeled and accompanied by current, accurate photos.

Step 4

Host it, then add the URL

Put the file on YouTube, Vimeo, or another secure page, then add that link in Rightmove Plus or in the feed your CRM already sends. VideoEstate does not push the link.

How Rightmove expects video to be added

Rightmove is the listing site. Your branch either types the property into Rightmove Plus or sends it from property software. Video follows the same split.

Their customer FAQ, updated in 2026, and the January 2026 agent and developer technical guidelines are the sources for the points below. They describe links and content rules. They do not describe a partnership with VideoEstate.

A link, and where that link plays

If you upload listings in Rightmove Plus, the FAQ says you open the property, go to Media, Additional media, and add a link with a caption. YouTube or Vimeo can play inside the property details page. Another secure link, such as a page on your site, opens in a separate window. If a data feed already sends your listings, the same FAQ says you cannot add the video inside Rightmove Plus. You keep sending it from the feed.

Premium Listings can feature a hosted video in search

Rightmove's Premium Listings FAQ says an eligible YouTube, Vimeo, or Watchvideo link can appear in search results. Other video formats still open externally. The video autoplays muted for up to 30 seconds, the first photo stays the primary image, and they say landscape is the better fit. A 360 tour does not replace that video. You still add the URL through your CRM or Rightmove tools. VideoEstate does not turn on Premium Listing placement.

Content rules that matter for an AI video

The January 2026 guidelines say property videos and virtual tours must show only the property and land, need the owner's permission, must not identify a living person for a standard agency advert, must not carry advertising or contact details, and must be reasonable quality. AI-generated or manually altered media is an Enhanced Edit: it must not misrepresent the property, it must be clearly labeled as AI or otherwise enhanced, and it must be accompanied by current, accurate images. A video that virtually stages a room is in that category.

Where the video helps a Rightmove instruction

Most of the value is available even when the portal link is still being checked.

A vendor update that is not another photo email

Send a short landscape cut with the viewing feedback while the Rightmove advert stays the public record.

Social that points at the advert

A vertical clip can promote the instruction on Instagram or Facebook with a link to the Rightmove page, separate from the landscape file you might attach as additional media.

A labeled enhanced version plus the real photos

If you virtually stage a room, you already need the untouched photos for Rightmove's enhanced-edit rule. Create both in the same project instead of briefing two vendors.

Produce the instruction video with AI video generation. Any Rightmove link is added by you, in Rightmove Plus or your existing feed.

The photos and summary on the advert can come from portal listing prep before you attach extra media.

Prepare the photos for the listing

Upload the whole shoot at once. Portal listing prep clears clutter from every photo together and writes one marketplace description, without changing the windows, floors, or furniture that belong to the property.

Rightmove video questions

Practical answers for UK agents. None of them depend on a Rightmove login inside VideoEstate.

Does VideoEstate connect to Rightmove Plus?

No. VideoEstate does not upload properties, photos, or videos to Rightmove. You download a file and, if you choose, add a URL in Rightmove Plus or through your existing data feed.

How do agents add a video on Rightmove?

Rightmove's FAQ says manual users add a link under Media, Additional media. YouTube and Vimeo can embed on the property page. Other secure links open in a popup. Feed users are told to keep sending video through the feed, not through Rightmove Plus.

What if my CRM already sends the listing?

Stay in that feed. The Rightmove FAQ says branches on an automatic data feed cannot add the virtual tour inside Rightmove Plus. Ask the software vendor which URL field they pass through.

Will a Premium Listing automatically feature my VideoEstate file?

No. Rightmove says a Premium Listing can feature an eligible YouTube, Vimeo, or Watchvideo link in search, muted, for up to 30 seconds, with landscape preferred. Other hosts still open outside the results. You have to supply that link, and the product has to be on the listing.

Can I put an AI-staged video on the advert?

Rightmove's January 2026 guidelines allow enhanced edits, including AI changes, only if they do not misrepresent the property, are clearly labeled as enhanced, and are accompanied by current, accurate photos. A staged room without that label and without the real photos does not match the rule they published.

Can the video include me or my phone number?

For a standard agency advert, the guidelines say videos must not identify a living person, and media links must not carry advertising or contact details. Rental-operator and commercial memberships have a narrower exception for lifestyle imagery. If you need your face and phone number in frame, use that cut on your own channels, not as the Rightmove property video, unless Rightmove confirms your membership allows it.

Create the video, then add the link yourself

Start with the photos from the instruction. Export a file you can host, and use Rightmove's current FAQ if you attach it to the advert.
