AI Video Generator for PropertyGuru
Create a property video from listing photos for social posts and client updates about a PropertyGuru ad. Malaysia's video-feed help says photo slideshows and heavily AI-enhanced videos do not qualify for that feed. VideoEstate does not upload to AgentNet.
Vertical videos generated from photos
These VideoEstate examples are vertical, which is the orientation Malaysia's feed asks for. They are also made from stills with AI motion, which that same feed says it does not want. Treat them as marketing examples.
Make the clip for your channels first
AgentNet is where a PropertyGuru customer would upload or embed media. That step is outside VideoEstate, and the Malaysia feed may reject this kind of file.
Step 1
Upload the photos for one active listing
Their Malaysia feed says every video belongs to an active listing. Start with that property's photos anyway, even if the file never enters the feed.
Step 2
Generate a vertical cut
The Malaysia feed asks for vertical, preferably 9:16, footage of a walkthrough. A VideoEstate vertical export matches the shape, not the filming method.
Step 3
Keep a version for social
Use the export on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, and in messages to the owner. Those posts can link to the PropertyGuru listing.
Step 4
Read the feed rules before you upload it to AgentNet
If you try the Malaysia video feed, expect moderation. Their help rejects photo slideshows and heavily AI-enhanced videos for the feed. A listing-page embed is a different, older path.
PropertyGuru video is not one rule for every country
PropertyGuru's agent tools sit in AgentNet, with main markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. A rule published for Malaysia is not automatically the rule in Singapore.
Three public pages matter, and they do not all say the same thing. The Malaysia video-feed launch is the strict one for AI photo videos. Singapore Agent Clips are a profile product. Malaysia also still documents a YouTube or Vimeo embed on the listing.
Malaysia's video feed rejects this kind of file
PropertyGuru's Malaysia help says the feed is for agents on PropertyGuru and iProperty packages. You upload a file from the listing gallery. It should be a vertical walkthrough of the actual property, up to 100 MB, with no maximum length stated. Only the first video that passes moderation is featured. From 12 October 2026 the feed was opening to half of app viewers, with a wider rollout expected in November. The same page says horizontal videos, photo slideshows, heavily AI-enhanced videos, and YouTube, TikTok, or Vimeo links do not qualify for the feed. A VideoEstate clip is generated from photos with AI. Do not assume it will pass.
A link on the listing page is a different slot
That Malaysia feed FAQ says YouTube, TikTok, and Vimeo links can still appear on the listing page even when they are excluded from the feed. An older Malaysia help page shows pasting an embed code under Add Videos. Their advertising guidelines also restrict listing video: the property stays the focus, contact details are limited, and a logo watermark has a size cap. The newer feed FAQ says audio, music, phone numbers, and the agent's face are allowed in feed videos. Where those documents disagree, ask your account team which rule moderation is using.
Singapore Agent Clips are not listing videos
Singapore's Agent Clip help is for a vertical introduction on your agent profile: up to five clips, up to 120 seconds, MP4 or MOV, up to 300 MB, 1080p recommended. It says not to upload a property walkthrough, and not to show your phone number or email. A listing video does not belong there. Singapore's listing editor mentions photos, floor plans, videos, or virtual tours, and a cover video for platinum accounts. A current file spec for that Singapore listing video was not in the page we checked.
Useful even when the feed will not take the file
The limitation is the Malaysia in-app feed, not every way you can market the listing.
An owner update that is not another gallery
Send a vertical walkthrough made from the photos while the PropertyGuru ad stays a standard listing.
Social with a link to the ad
Post the clip on Instagram or TikTok and send viewers to PropertyGuru. That post is not the same as qualifying for the in-app feed.
A hosted link if the listing page still allows one
If your Malaysia account still embeds YouTube or Vimeo on the listing, you can host the file there and paste it. Their feed FAQ says that link will not be featured in the feed.
Cut a vertical marketing video with AI video generation. Malaysia’s feed may still reject an AI photo video, so use the file on your own channels first.
Prepare the listing gallery with portal listing prep, and treat the in-app feed as a separate test.

Prepare the photos for the listing
Upload the whole shoot at once. Portal listing prep clears clutter from every photo together and writes one marketplace description, without changing the windows, floors, or furniture that belong to the property.

Malaysia's feed is the strict case. Other countries are not assumed to match it.
Does VideoEstate upload videos to AgentNet?
No. You export a file or host it yourself. Uploading to a listing, embedding a link, or submitting a video for the Malaysia feed all happen in PropertyGuru's tools.
Will an AI photo video qualify for the Malaysia video feed?
Their Malaysia help says photo slideshows and heavily AI-enhanced videos do not qualify, and that the file should be a vertical walkthrough of the actual property. A VideoEstate video is generated from photos. Do not assume moderation will accept it.
Can a YouTube link still appear on the listing?
The same Malaysia feed FAQ says YouTube, TikTok, and Vimeo links can still appear on the listing page, and will not be featured in the feed. An older embed guide shows pasting the embed code on the listing. Confirm which control your account shows.
Do Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia use the Malaysia feed rules?
This guide does not claim that. The rejection of AI-enhanced slideshows is from the Malaysia help center, which also mentions iProperty. Open AgentNet for the country you list in and read that market's video screen.
Can I use a listing video as a Singapore Agent Clip?
No. Singapore's Agent Clip help says the clip introduces you, not a property, and tells you not to upload a walkthrough. It also says not to put your phone number or email in the clip.
What should I do with the video if the feed rejects AI edits?
Use it in your own marketing and link to the PropertyGuru listing. If a listing-page embed is still available, you can try that path knowing it is not the in-app feed. Keep a filmed walkthrough if you specifically need the feed they describe.
Create the marketing video, and treat the feed as a separate test
Use the export on social and with your client. Read Malaysia's feed rules before you upload an AI photo video to AgentNet.
