AI Video Generator for Property Finder
Turn listing photos into a property video for broker previews and social posts. Property Finder's PF Expert help describes a YouTube video-tour URL on the listing. VideoEstate does not submit that URL.
Property videos you can host and link
Landscape examples generated in VideoEstate.ai. Property Finder's documented field is a YouTube link, so the file still needs a host before it can be pasted into PF Expert.
Make the video, host it, then paste the link yourself
PF Expert is Property Finder's listing editor. The video step they document is a URL, not an upload from an outside editor.
Step 1
Upload photos of the one property
Their publishing help asks for the media of that listing. A video that wanders across several homes does not match a single video-tour field.
Step 2
Generate the tour
Add motion and, if you want, a voiceover. This file is the asset you will upload to YouTube if you use the field they describe.
Step 3
Put it on YouTube
PF Expert's Qatar and Bahrain help pages call the field a YouTube video tour. Export from VideoEstate, upload to YouTube, and copy the video URL.
Step 4
Paste it in PF Expert if your country account shows the field
Open the listing's media step and add the URL next to the photos and the separate 360 link. VideoEstate cannot see your PF Expert account.
What PF Expert publishes about video
Property Finder is a major portal in the UAE and operates country sites across the region. Agents publish in PF Expert, or from a CRM that sends an XML or API feed.
The click-path below is taken from Property Finder's own help for Qatar and Bahrain, which describe the same PF Expert media step. Use it as the documented pattern, then confirm the field exists on the country account you pay for, including the UAE.
A YouTube URL in the media step
The Qatar help article walks through publishing in PF Expert and, under media, says to add a 360 virtual tour or a YouTube-format video. The Bahrain article is more specific: photos in the media section, a 360 URL, and a YouTube video tour URL. Photos are discussed as landscape 4:3, with an example of 1600 by 1200, because that helps the listing quality score. Those photo sizes are not a video specification.
One property, and your CRM may send the link
Older Property Finder posts said the video had to be a YouTube link for a single property and could be removed if it broke their content rules. Current help still frames it as a video tour on that listing. If a CRM publishes for you, that vendor has to map the YouTube field. VideoEstate does not push XML to Property Finder.
360 tours are a different product
PF Expert shows a separate 360 URL. VideoEstate does not build a 360 tour or a floor-plan walkthrough. Do not paste a normal video file into a field that expects a 360 link, or the reverse.
What the video is for besides the PF Expert field
The YouTube link is optional. The broker workflow is not.
A landlord preview before you spend credits
Show the video while you are still completing the mandatory PF Expert fields and choosing standard, featured, or premium.
A social cut that links to the listing
Post a teaser on Instagram with the Property Finder URL. That post does not depend on the YouTube field being filled in.
One file for every country account that wants YouTube
If Qatar, Bahrain, and your UAE account all expose the same URL field, you host the video once and paste the link in each account that has it.
Make the tour with AI video generation, upload it to YouTube, and paste that URL in PF Expert if your account shows the field.
The photos that drive the listing quality score can be prepared with portal listing prep before you publish.

Prepare the photos for the listing
Upload the whole shoot at once. Portal listing prep clears clutter from every photo together and writes one marketplace description, without changing the windows, floors, or furniture that belong to the property.

The field names come from PF Expert's Qatar and Bahrain help. Your country account is the final check.
Does VideoEstate publish listings to Property Finder?
No. It does not log in to PF Expert, spend listing credits, or send an XML feed. You publish the listing in your own tools.
What video field does PF Expert describe?
The Bahrain help page names a YouTube video tour URL, separate from a 360 URL. The Qatar publishing article says you can add a 360 tour or a YouTube-format video in the media step. Neither article describes uploading a VideoEstate file directly.
Does the video have to be one property?
Yes. It is a video tour on that listing. Older Property Finder guidance said the content had to refer to an individual property. Do not reuse a compilation of several homes in that field.
Is the Qatar and Bahrain help the same as the UAE?
They describe PF Expert, which is the shared professional product. This guide does not have a separate UAE article in front of it. Open your UAE account and confirm the YouTube field before you rely on the Qatar or Bahrain screenshots.
Where else can I use the video?
In the landlord presentation, on your brokerage site, and on social with a link to the Property Finder listing. Those uses do not require the PF Expert field.
Can VideoEstate create the 360 tour as well?
No. PF Expert has a separate 360 URL. VideoEstate makes a video from photos. Paste a 360 link only if you have a real 360 tour from another tool.
Create the video, then paste the YouTube link yourself
Generate the file from the listing photos. Upload it to YouTube and add the URL in PF Expert if that field is on your account.
