AI Video Generator for Idealista
Make a property video from the photos for a home you publish on Idealista. You add the file or link in Idealista's tools. VideoEstate does not sign in to Idealista or publish the advert.
Listing videos generated from photos
These are VideoEstate outputs. Idealista's own filming notes prefer a horizontal recording, so the examples here are landscape.
Build a clean file before you open the advert
Idealista's professional help describes the media slot. The creative step before that is yours.
Step 1
Collect photos of that property only
Idealista's terms say multimedia has to match the advertised home. Do not reuse a video from another listing or from your agency profile.
Step 2
Generate a horizontal walkthrough
Idealista's photography and video tips tell agents to record horizontally, with slow movement and no in-camera zoom. A landscape export is the closer match.
Step 3
Strip the branding before you upload it there
Their terms prohibit watermarks, logos, contact details, and text in listing multimedia. Keep the logo version for social. Export a clean version if you plan to put it on the advert.
Step 4
Add it in Idealista tools, or as a YouTube link
Their property-detail help says you can upload video files and also add a YouTube link or a 360 tour. That upload happens in your Idealista account, not in VideoEstate.
What Idealista publishes about listing video
Idealista is a major portal in Spain and also operates in Italy and Portugal. Professional adverts are managed in Idealista's tools, often alongside the agency's own software.
The details below come from Idealista's English professional help on property files and from Idealista's general terms for listing media. Country accounts can differ, so confirm the same screen in the tools you actually use.
Files and links their help center describes
The property-detail help says a listing can include up to 6 videos of up to 100 megabytes each, alongside as many as 200 photos. It also says you can add YouTube links or 360 tours. VideoEstate can give you a video file. It does not create a 360 tour, and it does not check the file size against that 100 megabyte figure. Compress or re-export if the file is larger, then upload it yourself.
Logos, watermarks, and contact details are barred on the advert
Idealista's terms say professional listing media must not include the advertiser's contact details, watermarks, logos, or text, and must not promote the agent instead of the property. The free VideoEstate plan exports with a watermark. Their terms make that a poor file for the Idealista media slot. Paid use removes the watermark. Removing it still does not remove a logo you added on purpose.
Spain, Italy, and Portugal are not three uploads
The brand covers more than one country. The help article cited here is the idealista.com tools center. An office in Italy or Portugal should confirm the video fields in that country account. If you also publish the same Italian home on Immobiliare.it, read that guide too: Immobiliare.it currently says a photo slideshow is not a valid listing video.
Why make the video before the advert goes live
The portal slot is optional. The marketing calendar is not.
A vendor preview the same day as the photos
Show the owner a walkthrough while you are still cleaning the gallery and the description for Idealista.
A clean advert cut and a branded social cut
Idealista's terms push logos off the listing media. You can still brand the cut you post yourself and link to the advert.
Descriptions and video from the same notes
Write the portal description and generate the video from the same property, instead of treating copy and motion as two projects.
Export a clean horizontal cut with AI video generation. Keep logos off that file if you plan to upload it in Idealista’s tools.
Match the gallery to the advert with portal listing prep, then confirm the video limits in the country account you use.

Prepare the photos for the listing
Upload the whole shoot at once. Portal listing prep clears clutter from every photo together and writes one marketplace description, without changing the windows, floors, or furniture that belong to the property.

Limits below are quoted from Idealista's public help and terms, not from a VideoEstate connection.
Does VideoEstate publish videos to Idealista?
No. You download a video and add it in Idealista's professional tools, or you host it and paste a link if that is what your account offers. VideoEstate does not log in to Idealista.
How many videos does Idealista's help center mention?
Their English property-detail article says up to 6 videos of up to 100 megabytes each, plus YouTube links or 360 tours. Confirm that screen in your country account. VideoEstate does not enforce the 100 megabyte cap.
Can the Idealista video include my logo or phone number?
Idealista's terms say listing multimedia must not contain the advertiser's contact details, watermarks, logos, or text. Put that information on the social version, not on the file you upload to the advert.
Do the same rules apply in Italy and Portugal?
Idealista operates in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The article cited here is the idealista.com tools help. Open the tools account you pay for and check the media step there before you rely on the Spanish or English page.
Can I add a YouTube link instead of a file?
Their property-detail help says you can add YouTube links as well as uploaded videos. You still upload the VideoEstate file to YouTube yourself, then paste the link in Idealista.
Can I upload a free-plan video that has a watermark?
Idealista's terms disallow watermarks on listing media. The free VideoEstate plan includes a watermark, so use that export for your own preview, not as the file on the advert. A purchase removes the watermark from your videos.

Generate the file from your photos, remove branding if the advert requires it, and upload it in Idealista's tools yourself.
